Jerry Laisa is an Inuit singer-songwriter, actor, and drum dancer based in Pangnirtung, Nunavut. He is known for his original Inuktitut music and cultural performances, as well as acting in the 2021 BBC/AMC+ television miniseries The North Water, in the Canadian tour of Kiviuk Returns, and in the Confederation Centre of the Arts production of Aqsarniit in both Calgary and at The Charlottetown Festival.

As a musician, Laisa first gained widespread recognition after taking second place in the 2017 Qikiqtani Inuit Association Inuktitut song and poetry contest. His performance caught the attention of local arts festivals, and he has since opened for renowned Canadian acts like Justin Rutledge at the Alianait Arts Festival. As a traditional drum dancer, he represented Nunavut internationally in 2022 when he performed at the Katuarpalaaq drum dancing festival in Nuuk, Greenland.
