Charlotte Siegel

Charlotte Siegel is a Canadian-Trinidadian soprano, singer-songwriter, and Co-Founder and Co-Managing Director of the Marigold Music Program, a Toronto-based charity dedicated to making music education accessible to underrepresented youth.

A graduate of the Canadian Opera Company’s Ensemble Studio, her credits include Musetta (La Bohème) with Manitoba Opera and the COC, Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni), Second Lady (Die Zauberflöte), Anna (Nabucco), and Lady-in-Waiting (Macbeth). She has covered Tosca and Treemonisha and is an alumna of San Francisco’s Merola Opera Program, where she performed excerpts from Anna Bolena.

Her concert appearances include the Vancouver and Guelph Symphony Orchestras, Toronto Mendelssohn Choir, Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony at Montreal’s Maison symphonique, and Dr. Shirley J. Thompson’s Spirit Song Symphony in Winnipeg. She has also performed The Music of Stephen Sondheim in Burlington.

Outside of music, Charlotte loves trying new fitness classes and searching for the world’s best almond croissant!
