* The discounted rates are available for former Volcano students; university students in theatre, opera, or dance; and CAEA, AEA, and CADA members.

** The budget rates apply to all participants taking 2 or more classes.

*** The maniac rates apply to all participants taking 4 or more classes.

Registration

To guarantee a rich and rigourous training experience, class sizes in the Volcano Conservatory are small and space is limited. To secure your place in the Conservatory please contact the office at the email address above. Please include your full name, contact information (address, telephone, and email), and a list of all classes you wish to register for. If you are a student, former Conservatory participant, or a member of CAEA/AEA/CADA, please indicate as much in your email. We also request that all participants submit the name and coordinates of a contact in case of emergency.By reigstering for the Conservatory, all students agree to abide by the Code of Conduct.

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your spot at the Conservatory.

The balance of your course fees are due before July 20, 2012.

To pay the registration fees for your classes online via credit card, contact meaghan@volcano.ca. Please be advised that online payments are made through PayPal invoicing and are subject to an additional transaction fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation prior to June 22, 2012 the student is entitled to a full refund excluding the non-refundable $50 deposit. Cancellations made after June 22 are not refundable.
